The marketing and sales team software provider, Conversica, has recently announced that it is doing more with AI. Specifically, it is leveraging AI to provide personalized conversations at scale. 

This way, together with the assistance of AI, marketers and salespeople can center their conversations around a specific outcome or objective. Also helping marketers and salespeople are the data science and engineering teams of Conversica to ensure that prospects and customers get where they want to be going.

Among Conversica’s updated functionality are a handful of related features ranging from conversation-visualization technology to outside integrations for more fluid problem-solving. Such features include:

  • Conversation Editor: Labeled as the “next generation of Conversation Editor,” the new capabilities the update brings is a visualization function. Since AI has a knack for remembering preferences, it can also excel in applying configuration settings any time a customer wishes.
  • New Profile Set-Ups: Enabling the ease of adjusting user configurations are new arrangements to user profiles. These improvements are designed to amp-up security and assorted settings.
  • Broadened Integration Capabilities: The scope of Conversica’s AI’s responsibilities has been broadened to be of assistance in more conversations.

On the heels of these updates, Conversica also launched an AI-run FAQ answering program. Available in the not too distant future in 2019, this program, called Conversica Answers, will free up sales’ time by responding to everyday tasks and will allow sales to focus on more meaningful activities. 

According to the CEO of Conversica, Alex Terry, Conversica is placing the power of conversations to boost their marketing and sales activities directly into their hands. Using the power of AI-enabled conversations, Conversica can deliver to marketers and salespeople highly personalized conversations that can move the needle around their goals and objectives. The great thing about AI, after all, is its ability to do this at scale.
