Conversica Unleashes AI Capabilities in Hopes of Making Bots Obsolete

SUBTITLE GOES HERE

TLDR:

Conversica is a provider of conversation automation for B2B revenue teams; it just has green-lighted AI capabilities—Conversica Chat and Conversica Answers—for its conversational AI platform. These developments seek to make bots obsolete; the company’s CEO is convinced marketers wouldn’t know they’re interacting with an AI.

Conversica is a provider of conversation automation for B2B revenue teams; it just has green-lighted AI capabilities for its conversational AI platform. These developments seek to make bots obsolete.

These functions have names: Conversica Chat and Conversica Answers. The platform features help Conversica’s Revenue Digital Assistants (RDAs) take anybody on with web chat, SMS, and email generation with AI.

This is a first in Conversica’s history. Revenue teams can now rely on RDAs to work in sync with humans independently to advance the company’s interests.

And it seems as if this next line of RDAs couldn’t have come at a better time for Conversica considering a diminishing budget and growing customer expectations.

In a statement, the CEO of Conversica, Jim Kaskade, commented:

“Businesses simply can’t staff to the level needed for one-to-one conversations with every prospect, lead, and existing customer. And today’s buyers are too savvy to be moved by the many one-way message blasts or, worse, scripted bots that are painfully programmed to route frustrated customers to an already overwhelmed human.”

In short, Conversica’s AI generates human-like responses, which contrasts sharply with the preset pathways scripted bots would take you down.

More about what the new enhancements to the platform do:

Conversica Chat:

The crown jewel of Conversica Chat is Natural Language Processing (NLP). It’s superior to scripted bots in that NLP gives RDAs the capacity to answer by themselves. For example, RDAs can answer any question regardless of customer journey stage, prospect language, or marketing channel.

Conversica Answers:

Conversica Answers refers to the capability of RDAs to get acquainted with a given prospect’s FAQ. This way, RDAs can authoritatively and authentically answer any questions prospects might have.

Conversica Premium Skills:

Conversica Premium Skills also refer to an RDA’s capacity to mimic human behavior. “Premium Skills enable RDAs to leverage sophisticated segmentation and insights from across the enterprise to deliver more highly personalized customer experiences. These skills have enriched content from insight platforms like Account Based Marketing, Customer Data Platforms, and even CRM platforms with recommendation capabilities like Salesforce’s Einstein.”

In another statement, Kaskade remarked that companies need to be human at every point in the buyer’s journey, which is why Conversica’s AI is so advanced in the market. Marketers would never know the difference.
